These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ach67. By accessing or using any part of ach67, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Agreement to These Terms
Your use of ach67 constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ach67 ("ach67", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ach67 website, all associated pages, services, games, promotions, and payment tools accessible at ach67.club and its related subdomains. By accessing ach67 in any way — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing wagers, or using any game or service — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using ach67 immediately.
ach67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of ach67 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. These Terms apply to all users of ach67 regardless of location, device type, or access method, including players accessing ach67 via mobile browser from any city in Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

Eligibility
Who is permitted to create an account and use ach67.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ach67 and to place any wager or use any game on the platform. ach67 may at any time request documentary proof of age (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending identity verification.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ach67 complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. ach67 does not accept liability for any player who uses the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. Players must ensure that online gambling is legal under the laws applicable to them before registering or depositing funds.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active ach67 account at any given time. If ach67 determines that a player has opened multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — ach67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings associated with those accounts. Players who suspect their account has been duplicated in error should contact [email protected] immediately.
Account Registration and Security
Your obligations when registering and maintaining an ach67 account.
When registering an account on ach67, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring that your registration details remain accurate and up to date at all times. Any change in your personal details (including mobile number or bank account details) must be reported to ach67 support at [email protected] promptly. ach67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration detail at any time. Accounts registered with false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ach67 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ach67 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ach67 immediately by contacting [email protected] and requesting an account lock. Sessions remain active on mobile browsers until you manually log out; we strongly recommend logging out from shared or public devices after each use.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The rules governing how funds are deposited into and withdrawn from your ach67 account.
ach67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ach67 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another player. Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method may be refunded or suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may be set per payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Current minimum and maximum limits are displayed in the cashier section of your ach67 account at the time of transaction. ach67 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ach67's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
ach67 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 10 minutes to bKash and Nagad wallets during normal operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC review if ach67 determines that additional documentation is required. ach67 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Bonuses and Promotions
How bonuses are awarded, what wagering requirements apply, and how promotions work at ach67.
ach67 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In all cases, the wagering requirement (also referred to as rollover) must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual promotion page. ach67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
Bonus funds are credited to your ach67 account wallet in addition to any real-money balance and are typically held separately until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the portion of winnings that exceeds the wagering requirement and has been converted to a real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal. ach67 reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any associated winnings from an account if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in violation of these Terms, or through exploitation of a technical error.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are prohibited on ach67 and may result in account suspension or closure.
In order to maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players, ach67 strictly prohibits the following actions. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any aspect of the ach67 platform;
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating wagers, sharing account access, or manipulating game outcomes through coordinated play;
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal enterprise;
- Opening more than one account or assisting another person in opening an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms, claiming multiple bonuses, or bypassing account restrictions;
- Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or misconfiguration on the ach67 platform to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error will be voided.
ach67 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities. ach67's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject to the appeal process described in the relevant section of this agreement.
Responsible Gaming

ach67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time. Players may also request a cooling-off period (a short-term suspension of up to 30 days) or a full self-exclusion (a longer-term suspension of up to 12 months, or permanently) by contacting [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is in place, ach67 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account during the exclusion period. Players who believe gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to seek help from qualified support organisations.
ach67 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age, pending age verification. Gambling involves financial risk and is intended solely as a form of entertainment. You should only ever gamble with funds that you can genuinely afford to lose and should not borrow money to fund gambling activity. Intellectual Property
Ownership of content, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property on the ach67 platform.
All content on the ach67 platform, including but not limited to the ach67 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game integrations, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of ach67 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ach67 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from ach67 without the prior written consent of ach67. Any unauthorised use of ach67 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
The extent of ach67's liability to players under these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ach67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ach67 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. ach67's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ach67 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ach67 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. The ach67 platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or events outside ach67's reasonable control, including network outages affecting Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel infrastructure in Bangladesh. ach67 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance where possible, but accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime, regardless of the cause.
Amendments to These Terms
How and when ach67 may update these Terms & Conditions.
ach67 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the nature of the amendment is material, ach67 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the contact information held on their account (for example, by SMS to the registered mobile number) prior to the change taking effect. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ach67 after any amendment has been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using ach67 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
